    3. Document Storage & Deletion

    Supporting documents are automatically purged from our servers immediately after analysis is complete. Only the analysis results (text-based) are retained. Visa forms and passport images may be retained temporarily and are purged according to our data retention schedule.

    4. Document Authenticity

    HelpMyVisa processes documents as provided by users and does not verify the authenticity or legality of any uploaded document. All documents are treated as genuine for analysis purposes. We do not retain, flag, or report documents to any authority. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents they upload are genuine and lawfully obtained.     We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

    • With AI processing services to perform document analysis (data is not retained by these services).
