    2. No Refunds Policy

    All payments made for document analysis services — including Basic Review and Premium Analysis — are final and non-refundable once processing has begun. This includes:

    • Completed analyses, regardless of the outcome or confidence score.
    • Upgrades from Basic to Premium plans.
    • Analyses where documents were found to be incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient.

    3. No Guarantee of Outcome

    HelpMyVisa provides indicative pre-checks only. Our AI-generated analysis, confidence scores, and recommendations are not a guarantee of visa approval or refusal. The final visa decision rests solely with the relevant consular or immigration authority.

    HelpMyVisa shall not be held liable or responsible for:

    • Any visa refusal, delay, or adverse decision — regardless of the analysis results provided.
    • Any financial loss, travel disruption, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on the Service.
    • Inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis or recommendations.
    • Decisions made or actions taken based on the Service's output.

    4. Service Availability

    In the rare event that the Service experiences a technical failure that prevents your analysis from being completed at all (i.e., no results are generated), we will work with you to either re-run the analysis at no additional cost or issue a credit for future use.

    5. Chargebacks & Disputes

    Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your analysis results is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue appropriate remedies in such cases.
