1. Service Description

HelpMyVisa ("the Service") is a private, AI-powered document preparation tool that helps users pre-validate their France visa application documents before submitting them at an official appointment. The Service is provided by HelpMyVisa and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, consulate, or official visa processing authority.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

The Service provides indicative pre-checks only. Analysis results, confidence scores, and recommendations are generated by AI and are not a guarantee of visa approval or refusal. The final visa decision rests solely with the relevant consular or immigration authority. HelpMyVisa accepts no responsibility for any visa decision, whether positive or negative.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpMyVisa shall not be liable for:

• Any visa refusal, delay, or adverse decision resulting from reliance on the Service.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis, scores, or recommendations.
• Loss of documents, data, or any consequential damages.
• Actions taken or not taken based on the Service's output.

4. Document Authenticity & User Responsibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all documents uploaded are genuine, unaltered, and legally obtained. HelpMyVisa does not verify the authenticity or legality of any document submitted by users. The Service relies on the information provided by you and assumes all documents to be authentic.

If you upload forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents — including but not limited to altered visa forms, counterfeit passports, fabricated bank statements, or any other fraudulent supporting documents — you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for all consequences arising therefrom, including but not limited to:

• Visa refusal or revocation by the relevant consular or immigration authority.
• Criminal prosecution under applicable laws relating to document fraud and forgery.
• Entry bans, deportation, or other immigration sanctions.
• Any civil or criminal liability arising from the submission of fraudulent documents.

HelpMyVisa shall not be held liable in any way for the consequences of submitting fraudulent or falsified documents. By proceeding with document uploads, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility in its entirety.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of all documents submitted.
• Verifying that uploaded documents are genuine and have not been tampered with.
• Ensuring compliance with official visa requirements as published by the relevant authorities.
• Making their own independent decisions about their visa application.

6. Payment & Refunds

Analysis fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Each payment covers a single application analysis. No subscription is required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the platform are the property of HelpMyVisa. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
